- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page or flash sale products.
- Without original packaging or with serious damage to the original packaging.

- Prepare the Product: Ensure that the product meets our product condition requirements. If the product needs to be packaged, please make sure it looks like new.
- Prepare the Packaging: The product should be properly packaged with the original or similar packaging materials to ensure it is not damaged during transportation.
- Attach the Return Shipping Label: Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the packaging and ensure all the information is accurate and correct.And offer the tracking number to our customer service.
- Return the Product: Send the product back to us through the courier service of your choice. We accept most major courier services, such as Fedex USP DHL, etc.
- Wait for Review: Our team will review and process your return as soon as we receive it. The review process may take some time depending on the condition of the product and our workload.
- Refund: Once your return is approved, you will receive your refund 3-5 business days. Please note that if you used a credit card for payment, the refund will be sent back to your credit card account.
